You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to keep your account information accurate, complete, and up to date.

You must promptly notify Passnexa if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Businesses must have authority to create and manage a Business Account.

Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles, honoring published offers, complying with applicable laws, and protecting account credentials.

Passnexa may request documentation to verify ownership or authority before enabling certain features.

Organizers are responsible for creating accurate event listings, obtaining required permits, and conducting events in compliance with applicable law.

Organizers must keep event dates, locations, pricing, capacity, and descriptions accurate and current.

Organizers are responsible for following their published refund policies and the refund and cancellation terms set out in these Terms.

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Only valid tickets issued through authorized Passnexa channels are eligible for admission.

Tickets may not be copied, altered, or resold in violation of applicable law, organizer rules, or Passnexa policies.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

Applicable platform, service, or processing fees will be disclosed before purchase where required.

Users should contact Passnexa or the organizer before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Passnexa provides a platform that allows event organizers to sell tickets and manage events. Refund decisions may be made by Passnexa, the organizer, or as required by law, depending on the event and circumstances.

Each organizer is responsible for clearly publishing the refund policy for their event before tickets are sold.

Refunds may be available when an event is canceled, materially changed, duplicated in error, required by law, or otherwise approved under the organizer's published policy.

Unless otherwise required by law or the organizer's policy, tickets for completed events, missed events, or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

If an event is canceled, purchasers may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer, depending on the organizer's decision and applicable law. If an event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Service fees may or may not be refundable depending on applicable law, the organizer's policy, and the circumstances of the refund.

Passnexa reserves the right to investigate suspicious refund requests and deny requests involving fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms where permitted by law.

Venue partners are responsible for maintaining accurate venue information and complying with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Promoters must market events truthfully and comply with Passnexa policies and applicable advertising laws.

Passnexa may verify venue partners and promoters before granting access to certain platform features.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Passnexa, subject to the rights you grant under these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant Passnexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and that you have the rights necessary to submit it.

The Passnexa name, logos, software, designs, trademarks, and other platform content are owned by Passnexa or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use Passnexa intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

Passnexa respects copyright and other intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. Users may not upload, post, distribute, or otherwise make available content they do not own or have permission to use.

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, its location on Passnexa, contact information, a statement of good faith, and a declaration made under penalty of perjury.

Passnexa will review properly submitted notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while the matter is evaluated. If content is removed in error, the affected user may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. Passnexa may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate intellectual property rights.

Submitting knowingly false copyright notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability and enforcement under Passnexa policies.

You may only use Passnexa for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or hate speech are prohibited. Do not create fake events, fake business listings, fake reviews, or misrepresent yourself or your organization.

Users may not engage in:

• Fraud, fake tickets, payment abuse, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
• Spam, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or interference with platform security
• Illegal activity, or organizing or promoting dangerous or violent activities
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or infringing content
• Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or bypassing Passnexa systems
• Sharing personal or confidential information of others without authorization

Events, businesses, venues, and promotions must be genuine. Fake listings, misleading information, ticket fraud, and deceptive practices are prohibited.

Passnexa may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where permitted or required by law.

Passnexa may review, limit, remove, or otherwise moderate event listings, business profiles, venue pages, reviews, comments, images, videos, advertisements, messages, usernames, and other user-generated content.

Content may be reviewed through automated systems, user reports, or manual review by Passnexa personnel. Priority may be given to reports involving fraud, safety, or illegal activity.

Users may report suspected violations involving events, tickets, businesses, venues, promoters, user accounts, reviews, comments, messages, or other content. Reports should be truthful and submitted in good faith. False or abusive reports may result in enforcement action.

After review, Passnexa may take no action, remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or notify appropriate authorities where required by law. Accounts that repeatedly violate Passnexa policies may be permanently removed. Passnexa may act immediately when necessary to protect users, public safety, or comply with legal obligations.

If an account or content is eligible for appeal, the affected user may submit additional information for reconsideration within the timeframe provided by Passnexa. Some enforcement decisions may be final, particularly where immediate action is required to protect users, comply with law, or prevent fraud.

Passnexa may temporarily suspend accounts that violate these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law, or that pose a security or fraud risk.

Passnexa may permanently terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, or other material breaches of these Terms.

Termination of an account does not automatically relieve any outstanding obligations owed to Passnexa, organizers, businesses, or other users.
